Her real name is Carolina Muller, but she became known to the whole world as C.C. Catch. The pseudonym “CC CATCH” was formed from letters “CC” as her initials (Caroline Catherina), and the word “CATCH” was added just to complete a name: “it’s just a fancy, but sounds well”.

No doubt, her first hit “I can lose my heart tonight” heard everyone. In the summer of 1985 this single became the biggest hit in Europe and went to all musical charts. In the beginning of 1986 the second single of CC CATCH, “Cause you are young”, also had tremendous success and in the spring of the same year the first album “Catch The Catch” was released. It was a successful album, and nearly all songs from it were played on discos all around Europe.
